Trey Songz x2! #LemmeHolDatBeat2 & Anticipation 2 Mixtapes + Review

Tremaine "Trey Songz" Neverson no longer needs an introduction. Since his 2004 career start, he's developed & become one of the music industry's biggest sex symbols. What can we say? The ladies love Trey. 11-1-11, Trey released 2 new mixtapes, Anticipation 2 & #LemmeHolDatBeat2. If you're familiar with the previously released Anticipation & #LemmeHolDatBeat, you're aware that the two are like night & day.

#LemmeHolDatBeat2 further exposes Trey's rap ability. Raw and uncut, the mixtape title is pretty much self-explanatory. Trey a.k.a. "Trigga" remixes beats from well-known songs. "Jacking for Beats," he raps over Notorious B.I.G.'s "Sky is the Limit", 2Pac's "I Get Around" and several more beats. He jacks Drake's "Headlines" & works with Lil' Wayne (@LILTUNECHI) for "Don't Love Me". Trey adds his own style & arrogance to "Niggas in Paris", renaming it "In Africa-Triggamix".

Anticipation 2 picks up where Anticipation left off and of course, it's all about the ladies. Sex sells and Trey has mastered it. "Still Scratching Me Up," "Me 4 U-Infidelity 2" and "Inside pt.2" are all continuations from Anticipation and they only got better. "Top of the World" is Trey's recent single. Giving us the best of both worlds, he sings and raps about his aspirations, accomplishments and what he values most. The video was shot in his hometown, Petersburg, VA with his family and friends.

Trey Songz doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon. 11-28-11, Trey will be releasing the Inevitable EP, which will feature "Top of the World" and "What I Be On" feat. Fabolous. If you haven't had the chance to check out the mixtapes, check them out NOW!
